We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your item to submit a return request.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and enclosed in its original packaging. You will also be required to provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return process.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to ship your package. Please be advised that any items sent back to us without a prior approved return request will not be accepted and may be returned to sender.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the 30-day return policy outlined above, if your order is shipped to a location within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason, with no requirement to provide an explanation. As stated previously, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
